Llandow - Saturday 15 November

Anybody else heading to this tomorrow? Quite excited as first time I've been able to get out on track for about a year. I'll be there in the MX5 in my profile so if you're wondering who the mobile chicane is, that'd be me.

I did Llandow about a year ago and remember a PH stickered Mx5 being there. Was that you? I had a white mk2 mr2.

I will be going down there next year when my exocet kit car is finished with the new engine.

In the mean time hope you had fun, also if your interested im doing a new year run from the cwm carn scenic drive in cwmcarn up over Brecon, builth wells etc 4th jan more than welcome to join.

We were at llandow on Saturday in a 106 Gti,I've just looked at my video footage and we spent most of 1session trying-and failing-to catch you!

Haha, would be great to see the footage if you fancy putting it on YouTube. I borrowed a friends dash cam, but when I got home I found it hadn't recorded a thing...

Was a really fun day out anyway, and I was quite suprised how well the little MX5 got around there, particularly once the track dried out a bit. (*cough* before it broke)

Also had a good day - until my exhaust broke!
Pug and MX5 both looked nice, what happened to yours Tom?
Also, thanks to Roger who kindly took me out for a few laps in the 991 GT3. Amazing bit of kit!

Cheers, enjoyed watching that (It's the 1.8 by the way, though they do make 2.0 versions)

And the car isn't too bad- it has an electrical issue causing a misfire. It had a temp repair done which I'd hoped would last the day, which it nearly did but not quite... So not a new problem at least. Will be fixed for next time.
