Shared workshop space Newbury/Reading area

Hi guys, does anybody have or know of any workshop space for rent in the Newbury/Reading area. Will be for hobby car restoration. Would also consider getting a workshop to share and splitting the costs if anybody else is interested as have seen some industrial units available buy a bit pricey on my own. Let me know, cheers.
