Rear Light Question

Another light question, this time at the back.

I've put a new rear on my car which has the three round light and reflector set up.

I want to change the lights (the ones fitted are knackered and getting them out to paint hasn't helped) to LED versions.

I can get lots of options to change the reversing light, fog and indicators. 55mm diameter are fairly standard.

However...

The 85mm Lucas position/stop light is more difficult. Has anybody changed one of these? I can only seem to find 93mm or bigger for LED - I'd like to fit a ring of LED's as position marker and a central stop lamp.

Anyone have any ideas?
