3000M Turbo brake master cylinder

Hi All,

Can someone out there please advise me as to who manufactured the brake master cylinder brake fluid reservoir, specifically the cap with the electrical connections for the low fluid warning light. One of the connections on my cap has snapped so looking to replace the cap. Reservoir is good, just the cap is knackered.
