I've had them as a customer in a previous life, but was a long time ago.

Lots of paperwork, however that goes with the industry. Pay rates used to be poor too, though I think that the benefits, pension etc were ok.

Opens up lots of opportunities.

We have people move from us (BAE Systems) to MBDA and vise versa all the time.

Depends on the level you work at but pay can be poor. Negotiate well on your way in.

Many thanks Bertrum I live in the North West and I'm looking to get into the Lostock location as its moving to a new building later this year.Currently in a Logistics/Supply chain role. Where are you working ??

Crap pay as per standard for contract or permie uk defence industry. Expect about £30/hr or £40k permie. £50k if into middle ish management. In the north west knock 5-10% off that.
