What stereo trim do I need?

Installed an Android unit and removed the Bolero from my Octavia Vrs. I just need a new but of trim, as the Bolero had the trim as part of the unit.
Went to Skoda but they couldn't help, said that there was lots to choose from and would need a part number, I had the car with me, but he wouldn't come out and have a look.

Any competent Skoda dealer should be able to locate this on their parts system. Maybe try finding the reg of a facelift Octavia Mk2 which had the Amundsen or Columbus Nav system from the factory as these are the same shape as the one you've got (unlike the later Bolero)

It's an off the shelf Chinese unit. Bought from a company on eBay (they also have a website), it was pumpkin something or other.
There are several different units out there, mines a JY version (the manufacturer is Joyous). The other common ones are KGL and KDL

There is a big following over on XDA, just waiting for the latest firmware to be released from China
