This sign has come up in our 520d f10, just as it's coming from the dealers in fact! What does it mean??

Not entirely sure, perhaps you haven't driven far enough for it to record anything? It may have had the previous logs wiped?

This was at the end of a 130 mile drive from the dealers where we bought the car!

It's a fuel supply issue. Could be a pump or blockage or wrong fuel etc

Speak to the dealer.

It was only a guess. Perhaps it'll be right once you've driven 130 miles back to the dealer .

Other faults were faulty low pressure sensor. No point guessing, as you probably know it needs to go back to the dealer to be checked.
