Do you use your cars in the wet?
Discussion
I have an old modified '71 Mustang and I hate to use it in the wet a) because it's difficult to handle with big torque and semi-slick drag rear radials and b) because I can be OCD with keeping it clean and dry! I suppose in the grand scheme of things, it's nothing really special, but I always wonder that if I did have my dream car (Zonda) would I be scared to use it in the wet?
There's a car meet this Sunday at Beaulieu National Motor Museum and I'm wondering what cars will show up if the weather is bad. There is a nice list of cars signed up, but which ones will show up...?
I'm gonna brave it my 'Stang!!
I think I'd literally wet myself if I did see a Zonda sat there!?
Is anybody else coming to this?

Wonderful. Turned up once with my Diablo at Lamborghini in Reading (AFN) when Del Hopkins was there and he said "blimey, what have you been doing! Rallying?!"
I don't understand the people who trailer their cars around.........
Well, Beaulieu was a total washout, but I took the Mustang along and I raised £300 for the Air Ambulance Charity, which was amazing considering the conditions.
I was heartbroken when this happened though...
My OCD is in overdrive knowing it's sat at the garage soaking wet and dirty!
