hi just purchased a breitling bentley gt 2007 from a reputable watch dealer ( over the Internet) came yesterday all the documents there but originally came from a shop in Hong Kong which no longer exists also round the edge of the face it has a silver band yet on all the ones I have seen its a white band don't know if I'm 100%. What's your thoughts

Can't comment about how legit the watch is however HK is one of, if not the, largest market for luxury watches - it's not unknown for pre-owned watches to have originated from there.

Deep breath - and take it to a dealer to open it and confirm or deny your suspicions.

Is it a chronograph with day / date ?

Day / Date should be aligned perfectly and right up against the back of the watch face.

They can clone the 7750 very well, tell tale can be rough finishing on the back of the lugs too ?

Some years ago I bought a Breitling for Bentley over the internet from a private seller and that did not end well sadly

Awful feeling having to go to a local specialist to be told it as spurious - you live land learn I suppose but I hope all works out well for you though

if it's from a "reputable watch dealer" then of course it will be genuine.........what makes you so sure they are reputable or did they tell you they that ?
