I got a couple of front wings from euro car parts for my E39, not sure if they do OEM though.

E92 wings are plastic. And you will spend as much making snide panels fit as the difference. E Bay would be my first port...

Second hand are your only other option. No one else sells gen BMW body parts except BMW (def not Euro Car parts).

Non gen body parts fit where they touch and will always look poor - devaluing your car.........

Mmmm, just been on this site calls a lot of parts "BMW value parts"...not sure they would be genuine BMW?

If so you would surely say so..........

I take it you haven't been into a main dealer parts department lately? They are definitely OEM and that site only sells OEM.

They do say so, right on the front page:

Welcome to the New Car Parts Ltd website. We only sell genuine new OEM Dealership Parts @ Discounted Prices for all BMW and Mini models.

Cotswold BMW do 10% off orders over £50 - they tend to end up cheaper than BMMiniParts as the latter has high delivery charges..

Go to the site again - they sell parts that are manufactured by suppliers that provide parts for BMW - but are not stamped BMW.

A good example would be Bosch - they make parts for many brands and also make parts for the Bosch brand - that is what this guy is selling.

They also say that they sell - second hand (delivery marque ??) parts.

Only BMW dealers sell new BMW Parts as an official source.

Agree with the Cotswold point many BMW dealers - do this.

BMMiniParts well new genuine BMW parts, in a bag with BMW on and with BMW written on the parts. They are genuine BMW parts.

BMW body part are only sold by BMW dealers.

Not sure what parts (in the bag you refer to) - they are however via an unofficial route, or sent out by the manufacturer of these parts - through an undisclosed source. All new BMW parts have a silver sticker (hologram) on them, if the parts box/bag does not have that - it is not genuine BMW. This protects BMW, worldwide.

Just think about it for one second why would BMW let a small internet/web company sell the Genuine parts - and given them there blessing to do so? On the other hand asked their Dealer network to spend (literally) millions on new showrooms and parts departments, to meet franchise standards...genuine parts are the manufacturers holy grail.

All BMW body parts sold outside their approved Bodyshop network are now recorded and matched to the vehicles VIN.

Going forward - the above will become only deeper entranced as the way we repair cars (in the Body repair industry and Duty of Care) becomes even more important.

BMMiniparts sells genuine, original BMW parts including body parts. You've clearly not used them yet seemed determined to make a point.

I've bought a fair few parts through them. A lot of what they send out comes with dealer stickers from Peterborough (which is where they're based). They also carry quite a bit of New Old Stock too, which again is all original parts that have been sat on a shelf, unsold.

When a dealer orders parts they get them from BMW Distribution, or BMW AG if not in stock in the UK. I suspect (but don't know) that BMMiniParts has access through the same route.

BMWMiniParts sell either BMW New Old Stock, which is all listed as stock items on their site, or brand new genuine BMW parts that are usually supplied by Sycamore BMW in Peterborough which you can get a quote for using the Price Finder option. If you have a (very) good relationship with a BMW dealer parts department you can almost always better BMWMiniParts prices on new parts but not on the NOS parts.

Not necessarily discontinued, just stuff that has been sitting on the shelf for a while.

Not always - I bought an E28 headlamp set from them that came with a big crack and some misting on the lenses. They replaced it with new thought when I brought it to their attention.
