Well not me personally, a Libyan resident of Benghazi found this poking out of his car when he popped out to drive to work.

How's he going to get that out without blowing himself to bits?

More worryingly - with a broken fuel tank cap, how is he going to fill his car up?

This is a good argument for ditching low profiles.

I'm surprised he hasn't died already crashed in a ditch. Those don't look like Michelins!

Are you quite sure it's live?
Anyway I think I'd phone TheBALDpuma to sort it out.

joking apart, how do you think the bomb squad will attack this one? i'm thinking:

support car on jacks
let air out of tyre
jack car up to droop the wheel and hopefully release load on mortar
maybe it will pull out!!!

or

just plasma cut side of car out

or, bearing in mind that side of the world

go to the nearest street corner and just AK the life out of it

Detonate it from a safe distance. Then TheBALDpuma can change the bad tyre,

Never seen a wheel clamp like that before, would stop you from cutting it off with a grinder I suppose though
