Yellow Surrey 2003 academy in classifieds?

Long shot but any former owners of this car on here or thoughts on it? I still have money burning a hole in my account and this doesn't look too far off. I messaged the seller asking for engine bay pics but didn't hear back (Nor have I for any other cars I've enquired about, mind you).

I'm sure its far from the only car on there that's still advertised despite being sold but it does make buying one a pain in the backside....

My old 7 (C7 TDY) is still advertised on PH, I bought it in July and it was written off in October!
