Anyone using them on here?

Just ordered some as my Goodyears were nearly knackered and have had no dry track days this year frown

Was after road legal, then can use cups when the track dries out.

Uniroyals tend to have wafer thin sidewalls and that is not conductive to steering feel. I'd go for something else.

Well if they're as good as the Rainsport twos you will be happy as they are unbelievably good in the wet on track!

How much were they, if you don't mind me asking? I have four for sale, almost new, 2 with 6mm, and 2 with 7mm, and I want £100 for them.

What size are you selling? I'm after a set in 225/40/18. I'll have them if they are the correct size.

Sorry, I should have given the size! Unfortunately, they are 195/50 x 15, so not suitable for you! Thanks for your interest though. H

No problem, would have been far too cheap for 225/40 x 18s ;-) Thanks for the update and good luck with the sale.

Yes we have a set of 195-50-15 on our BMW E30 m52 track car for wet use. They are awesome in the wet, but very good in the dry as well. As mentioned the sidewalks are thin which helps maintain the heat, but isn't great for steering feel, but then in the wet grip is better than an extra 5% of steering feel. You can get that in the dry from your dry weather tyres.

I bought Rainsport2's due to their internet reputation and I just find them terrible. Feels like sidewalls are going to fold over on me.
