Ok not Space Muslims, but might spark some interest in the red planet smile

Basically a physicist has a book to sell, and he reckons Mars was wiped out by a nuclear attack from an advanced civilisation who refuse to let younger civilisations develop.

Personally I think he has just nicked the plot from Mass Effect biggrin

whilst he may well be utterly wrong what proof can be presented that he IS wrong.
he does have a a Ph.d so i imagine he is fairly bright!
I imagine Mars could well look like re remains of a planet subjected to
a large scale disaster in the distant past nuclear or not.

Bloody hell what with Aids, SARS, Bird Flu, Ebola, Jizzlamists and now this, we don't stand a chance.

Well I was a bit miffed when the bar size went down from 58 gm. to 51 gm., but nuking Slough seems a bit drastic. Oh, I don't know though; it doesn't seem to be a very appealing place. wobble
