ldv convoy van keys lost,

need to know what i can do to replace the whole lock assy from an ldv thats breaking, do i just change lock out? , or is there electronics involved (immobiliser etc) , have led flasher on heater console,,,,,

any assistance and advise greatly welcomed, its a V plate LDV Convoy 2.5di,,,,,
