And guess where they are holding the motor festival, yes at Meydan not even at the Autodrome. The Dubai Rally is part of the overall Motor Festival event.

Yep.... thought that location choice was rather strange as well, and though the rally is technically part of the week, for the most part it's based in Academic city and good luck trying to find stage diagrams for spectating...
