"One stop shop" car repair garage - Knebworth/Stevo

Hello

Having just moved to Knebworth, I am looking for a reputable, trust worthy garage to look after our fleet. All of one Impreza and a Yaris.

I'm a bit old fashioned, and like the "pop down and we'll have a chat over a cup of tea" type approach. Far easier to talk to a real person.

For example; My car is failing its MOT on emissions, so I'm hoping to find a one stop shop, to diagnose and fix the fault on the car, then MOT it, or at least have the ability to check emissions. Rather than tell me to put some sodding redex in with the fuel.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

A bit late but to this but my dad has always used Quenbys in Baldock for work on his Subaru's.

They are pretty friendly and my dad has always been impressed.

Tis a bit, but good to know.

Hi point have so far been great. Despite their ramp breaking down on Saturday, resulting in a delay in the work, they've diagnosed a few issues already and should have them resolved today. Hopefully that'll be the end of it and I can finally drive the car again

Nope, sadly Hi Point aren't the one stop shop I had hoped.
They've changed a few things, but have no where else to go with it, and the problem still remains. I'm on my own...

I can't fault their service I suppose.
