Catterick Explosion - Marne Barracks?

Just heard reports that an explosion occured around 3am today, The A1 will remain closed until at least 3pm today, with tailbacks of 10 miles already being reported.

Hope everyone up there is safe and well. I have a cousin based up on the Barracks who was unaware of any goings on.

Has anyone else heard or seen anything?

Reading that only one person reported hearing anything? Seems a bit on the heavy handed side to close the A1 and have a major police incident on the back of one persons say so.
