My 1978 Yamaha SR500. It's taken 11 months of the odd day here and there to get to this stage. The motor will go back in with a 505cc Wiseco piston kit and a few nice bits and pieces in it.

Has that got the Norman Hyde twin disc conversion with alloy callipers?

Might have. Details were vague when I got it. Sounds possible as the calipers are alloy. Uses standard pads if that helps. Stops well too.
