What do you want doing? Mapping, parts, fitting those parts?

Kalmar Union run by Don Norchi have a good reputation, I've been out of the Volvo game for a while so I can't really remember the other decent vendors, plenty of help also on the T5D5 (Tim Williams haunts the place, he knows his stuff), Swedespeed and VOC forums.

It depends on how far/how much youre willing to spend and also if the car is a geartronic or manual 'box.

A map is a good start though.

Not exactly 'round the corner', but SW Autos are worth a look and not a million miles away.

They tuned my previous S70 T5 and it was a 170k, ultra-reliable, animal laugh

If you're looking to up the power there's a couple of things to prepare first.

Transmission... the angle gear that sends power to the rear wheels is a known weak point in the transmission. Many people have it upgraded or even welded to stop it breaking and leaving you with a FWD car.

Engine... the bore walls are thin on the 2.5 engine and are known to crack. Even standard (un tuned) cars can split the liners. Solution - have the liners "shimmed", which is a head-off job and can include a timing belt change to save a couple of quid in the long run.

Once the car is ready to be tuned, there's loads of tuners about, some can even give you the kit to map the car yourself.
