Can anyone help...

I need to trailer a car across the country and wanted to know if anyone knows if you can buy that white 'wrap'stuff that you see on new cars being delivered?

Failing that I'll be getting some industrial pallet wrap

Can't you put whatever you are moving in a covered trailer instead of on a normal flat bed trailer? There is a place nr me (at Lichfield) that hires them for example.

Not really...

I'm moving car into storage and it'd be useful to have something on the car to help keep it clean etc... Yes I've got a cover but its not being kept anywhere heated so i don't want to have a condensation issue if I can avoid it.

Wrapping a car in plastic (especially at this time of year) for any length of time could cause problems with the paint work.
Any moisture that might already be present and/or any new moisture (rainwater for eg) that might somehow get trapped between the plastic and paintwork could cause 'blooming' (turning the paintwork milky)
Even normal car covers can cause issues. People think they're keeping a summer run-about protected from the winter elements but sometimes when they come to remove them in the spring where dampness has got trapped by the touching cover sometimes they discover blooming.
