Hi all,

Race a TVR Griff with a Rover v8 engine, and one of the winter projects is going from carb-ITB. Looking through the options of air filters (currently run a Pipercross PX600 setup, but want to be as low as possible) and wondering if a domed top or flat top filter would be better? Jenvey ITB's with 40mm trumpets, so looking at around 65mm internal height for filters. At present it looks like Pipercross (though 500 system if possible) or ITG setup. Over to you guys...

Thanks

Hey Dave. I got various dyno sheets for Marc Hockin's AJP Tuscan when I first bought it - they showed the flat filters making more power than when run with the domed ones. biggrin
