New Tamora owner
Discussion
Hi all. The new wheels. I'll add more photos once I have a chance.
Picked up on Saturday from a nice chap called Paul in Kent. Great history and condition, a credit to previous owners. I'll treat her well.
Currently on the hunt for a hood cover while my garage situation is sorted. Hopefully a new interior next year.
Only criticism if at all, the seat height is a tad low for my short body and long legs physique. Is there a TVR specific booster cushion out there? I really don't want to mess about changing the whole seat height.

The seat bolster is held in with Velcro so you should be able to remove it and try different padding underneath , if that's not enough you could get something made to match .
Seats in "early-ish" Tam's don't have a removable bolster, well not in my Jan 02 version?? Probably because of OP's comments, the later ones started having a bolster added, as you say!!Spacers under rear of seat fitting or something off the settee???

Welcome to the club. I'm in a similar boat and bought this a few weeks ago for a cheap and cheerful solution, although not tried it out yet!

That looks like my old Tam you have there a1butch, originally registered as PN03 OUU with 16" wheels? Have a spare booster cushion for the Tuscan that might fit the Tam if you want to try it, enjoy the drive Picked up on Saturday from a nice chap called Paul in Kent. Great choice Butch. I too am of "fractionally" below average height.
I moved the pedal box back to its rearward most setting and also raised the seat by 40mm using 2 sections of "unistrut". bolted unistrut to the seat then the whole assembly back into the car. it made a difference. just need to avoid having seat back fully upright when fitting the roof.
