C4 by Loeb - Serial Number

Recently purchased a 2010 C4 by Loeb. Missing from the car is the Loeb limited edition plaque/sticker that is normally by the gear stick.

Does anyone know how I can find out what number my car is and also how to get a replacement plaque/sticker made?

Any help appreciated.
