Well i suppose it had to happen smile
But will the 'perpetrators' pay up or elect to watch a video in court if that is the evidence

A few years ago i was stood in lane 3 with a Scooby on it's roof after a superb bit of st driving from the driver and feckers were hanging out of windows and virtually stopping to take pictures.

I'm just surprised they didn't start getting out to take pictures rolleyes

Or using a mobile phone which 99% of them would have been using, but most likely the not in control bit which was the "old" law prior to the mobile phone one.

+1

The roads are bad enough following an accident without these feckers holding things up even more whilst they get their rocks off ogling at the accident.

So does this perfectly justifiable police enthusiasm for stopping drivers taking pictures on their phones extend to Essex Police Sergeant Clare Fordham? Just wondering...

Absolutely terrible that the police have only just started doing this, very disappointed.

Good, I hope more police forces do this. Though, I do wonder why portable screens can't be erected at a sceen blocking people from seeing and hopefully deterring this sort of behaviour

Sorry, but how can you be disappointed?

Surely you were disappointed at their lack of action but now pleased?

I may be making it up but I'm sure some fire brigades started carrying screens for this purpose...

Its either "The black marble" or "The onion field" by I think Joseph Wambugh, the police are attending an accident, as two old biddies slow down to pass and one said the policeman -

"Any body hurt officer"

One of the policeman holds up a womans head and says something like "Well she got banged about a bit"

Why is it everybody seems to pull out their phones when something like his happens, or a fight breaks out, and they must be the first to post it on a web site, sad life these days.
