daft, I could see the appeal if it was owned by Elvis or something but Chris Evans? (if there is a premium)

You could pretend he still owned it and sit in the garage with the radio on making rude hand gestures at it.

Indeed, it looks like someone has taken a sneaky pic by just pulling the cover up a bit and then jokingly put it on ebay!

I would far rather have a car from his garage than some random. He is a proper car nut and frequently auctions drives in his cars for charity. http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/chris-evans-ferra...

As 'they' say a fool and thier money are easily parted!
Just because someone ginger had owned (and I like Mr Evans) doesn't make it special...

Not this old chestnut again.

Many high profile "celebs" make charitable donations to the less fortunate. He can more than afford to, plus it is good for his "brand". Hell, even I make a monthly contribution which comes straight out of my salary. Doesn't make my cars any more desirable.

Fair enough, looked good.

BTW, I wasn't saying I would pay a premium for it being a "Celebrity" car, just that I would trust it to have been well looked after with no expense spared on servicing etc, just as I would trust a member on here with a thread showing that they too look after their car if you catch my drift.

Probably written by somebody who has no grasp of how to 'sell using words' and lacks a full grasp of the English language and all of its wonderful vocabulary. Sadly too many people out there today fail to articulate whatever it is they are trying to sell. Dreadful.

Looks nice. Good colour combination, the F430 are certainly commanding quite a bit of money now aren't they.

I believe the 'celebrity' thing is just to grab attention, certainly doesn't seem to me more money than most F430s at the moment.

The guy's a genius!
Bodge together a badly worded script, chuck in a few caps locks and a pinch of random punctuation, leave to simmer.
Lo and behold, the perfect advert, people have noticed, after all, it's cars he's selling, not dictionaries.
If he really is stupid, offer £50k, you might get a bargain.

Pleased to see that when Mr E specified the car one of the 'upgrades' he specified was two seats!
