Not as old as some and certainly not as cool as some, but this is my lovely old truck. He turned 30 in April.

I'm fairly jealous of some of the machinery in this thread - my old toy is an 11 plate Clio Sport! rofl

Time to trade it in for something cooler I think!

I don't know if you could call 23 years old, 'old', but it's only 6 months younger than me so it's old to me smile (and in far better shape!)

Currently undergoing some minor refurb works, but hope it gets back on the road before Christmas.

Very cool I love an old Land Rover. Do you have the original engine & gearbox? I ask because I couldn't help but notice the large tyres.

Edited. Sorry, scrub that. They don't look any taller than mine, maybe wider & camera angle I'm guessing.

It was actually quite a nice thing to rumble around in, it didn't drive badly (for its type) other than combining being rather slow and very thirsty!!

Bodywork was disintegrating though - I didn't dare take the roof off in case the body fell apart!!

Yes, it's still got the original 2.25 petrol and gearbox. The tyres aren't massive to be honest - it must just be the camera angle!

This is my car receiving some tinkering. It's 22 and I'm 25. Not as old as most here but I love it.

Nice bike. What year is it?

As a one-time owner of a Suzuki GT250 of the same era, I feel I should flame you, because internet smile.
Then we can both gang up on the Honda boys and their pathetic 4-strokes.
I am ashamed to say I broke about 4 RD250s back in the day to get their engines for racing hovercraft. Back in the late 80s they were worth nothing - things have changed slightly.....
Fond memories of my Silver Yamaha RD250E - God, that was a long time ago! 1979!! My best pal at the time had the Suzuki X7, another the Kawasaki KH250 triple, and used to rag it through the Airport Tunnels flat out on the tank trying to see triple figures. We were 'the boys'! Used to go Oulton Park for the Transatlantic Bike races - and before setting off, always put a splash of Castrol R in the tank to get that sweet smell! Sensible pals had either the Honda Dreams or the bang up to date Super Dream! Happy days!

Might know you, I also used the airport tunnel and Tatton straight as a test track, head on the tank going flat out to break a ton.

Used to frequent the Stamford arms which is now a normal pub and the Airport Hotel.

I had a white X7 and my mate had a yellow and black RD250F, got mine form Queens Park Motor Cycles in Salford but used to spend loads of time in reg Deardons in Chorlton.

Grew up in Wythenshawe!

Some may say this is too practical to be a toy:
