Not my own experience but from multiple sources on Ferrarichat.com :

Best/most sticky track tires: Pirelli Trofeo R
Best road tyres: Michelin Pilot Supersport

Intermediate (between the 2 above); Michelin Pilot Cup 2

I love the MPSS (on my stock F430) they are great on and off the track
