Really like it on those wheels.

Really don't like the number plate font though.

in what way is your plate German and UK legal if it's pressed? I though UK plates had to be reflective, plastic, and awful.

Think it'll look awesome on those wheels.

Who advised that your plates are legal though? Pretty sure the font isn't for a start.

What I mean by that is that I've got a set off german pressed show plates & also a set off the uk legal bs stamped pressed plates but I've never had them on since I got the metro font.

Never understood the changing of plates to Germanesque ones. I had a 3/4 size front on the Caterham, but it was still a UK plate.
Seems a touch too far to me.

I've only ever seen one other polo over here in Northern Ireland but he's since sold the wheels and his polo in exchange for a mk7 gtd golf.

That style off font in Northern Ireland is supplied by some off a BMW dealerships ,now in saying that I've never had any bother when the traffic branch have been behind me by am sure someday I'll get pulled up on them lol.

I have no idea why I even bought the german ones as they look tacky when they are on the car.

Here's an example of a Reflex Silver Polo 6R on Audi TTRS rotors that I found on one off the forums.

I was a bit skeptical about those wheels but they seem to suit the silver Polo more than any of the Audi's they are supposed to be fitted to!

Yeah I know what you mean ,the polo nearly looks like they were made for them.

Personally I think it looked best on the AVA wheels. And whilst I normally hate the TT RS rotors, they looks pretty decent on the little Polo.

It sounds really weird, but just by looking at your photos and seeing the style of the number plate, I knew you were Northern Irish 😃

No one over on the mainland changes their plates to that style of font for some reason

Anyway enjoy the car

P.s I'm originally from Portrush
