I work shifts, and I like to get in the gym before I start. I have been going to Splash in Stockton, but now my shifts have changed and it's a rush job to get in there early enough and then not be late. I've done some digging and found that TruGym on Yarm Lane is 24h - ideal. I can't, however, find any reviews. Apart from one fella who was upset with a class (understandable but irrelevant, I just want to go in, lift heavy things, and put them down again).

Before I book a tour with my gym-expert bezzer, has anyone been a member there? biggrin

Yeah it's pretty good. I've been a member since it opened as Fitness First about 10 years ago. TruGym seemed to be running it into the ground by not repairing any broken kit or putting anything new in but about 12 months ago they started investing in it. Plenty of facilities and a fair amount of heavy weights plus some pretty decent machines.
