What about Macadamia Brown Metallic. A friend has just purchased a 997 Turbo in this colour and it is stunning! That's what I would look for, as well as Slate Grey which works equally well.

Here it is in the garage having a Ctek charger fitted. Not the best picture.
Dark Turd Brown eek ...No Thanks

After faffing about and not really finding something that ticks all the boxes, I seriously am looking at the 997 Turbo. Never really been something of interest because of cost. Starting to look good value and may well after 3 years get me to sell on my 993.

A well set up 997.1 turbo will take your breath away. Fantastic cars and pound for pound one of the best Porsches on the used market.

I happen to quite like it myself. But I did buy a Cobalt car so you may not like that either

I'll never forget taking mine for a service to my OPC and seeing a new C4S in the showroom in macadamia metallic. It was a cancelled order and mega spec. The car was hanging around for months over the summer and they really struggled to shift it even at a substantial discount.

One PH er has ordered his 991 GT3 in the same colour.....brave man.....think its the only one in the UK.

For the Turbo I would consider its the worst colour available along with green metallic and the car would need to be cheap cheap to secure a sale.

I really like cobalt, but to be honest, I would have any colour as long as I could ditch those awful wheels.

The are so naff and blingy. They really let the car down for me.

Not sure why, but I think Macademia looks okay especially with the light brown leather. ..Not sure I'd be brave enough to sink my own money into it but it has to be better than Nordic Gold!

I am a big fan of Cobalt (your car looks fantastic BTW) and as said in a previous post will be one of my top choices when I buy a Turbo next year.

Didn't mean to cause offence...just a light hearted way of saying it's not my cup of tea.

Thank you. For me it had to be Cobalt. I looked at/enquired about three Cobalt cars before I found the right one. biggrin

I saw a Macadamia turbo cab with sand interior at Chester OPC earlier this year. I thought it worked really well and liked it.

Equally before buying my cobalt one I nearly bought a Dark Olive one with sand interior. Its almost black with a green tinge. great spec, brave colour combo, the numbers for the deal didn't quite work so hung out for a cobalt.

Taste is individual but the Maca looks pretty spectacular in sun-light. Yep, I said brown and spectacular in the same sentence.
