I have a few dents on my car which I would like to get removed, and thinking about learning the art and doing it myself and hopefully help others if it works oK. Seen some demos of the type where a pulling tool is glued to the panel and the dent "worked" out. Anybody here have experience in reliable kits where I could buy online?
I have seen some cheap kits on ebay but they don't look up to the job.

Removing dents may look easy but it really is a black art.
The reason it looks easy is probably because the guys undertook intensive training and then they probably practiced on old panels in their spare time for literally months on end before they undertook any paid work.
Most DIY attempts usually result in making the damage a lot worse - stretching the metal - and turning what was (for a pro) a simple and cheap fix into a costly bodyshop fix.

Needs huge amounts of practice & very very easy to do more damage - in particular creating an 'outie' or splitting the paint - if you don't know what you are doing.
Whilst there are instructional videos IMO you need someone who knows what they are doing to show you the basic techniques. Common mistake is starting in the middle of a dent!
I do carry a small set of dent tools, but only for roughing out dents to reduce the amount of filler I need to use!
Usually lots on ebay.

Just after the dent"pops" out check the gap between the door and front wing!
