So I was ambling clockwise along the northern part of the M25 on Saturday. I duly obeyed the pointless 40MPH section and gave it a bit of a boot when the NSL sign appeared.

Half a mile or so later, just before the Bell Common tunnel I get a double flash, I looked down and noticed I was clocking 80 something. There were absolutely no VSL signs active on this part.

Is this particular camera producing NIPS or still in 'testing' mode as it must be fairly recently installed.

Got flashed there 85 indicated a few weeks ago, nothing yet so probably nothing to worry about!

Nice, thank you.

This unnerving me a little. I've a clean licence and this is a warning I might need for the M25. I might *gulps* stick to something near the speed limit frown

I often use that section of the M25 and I'm always seeing those cameras flashing On both sides of the motorway.

I've seen that camera flash a few times whilst on my way home. Other side of the carriageway. Looking in my mirror and seeing no speed limit posted I thought it a little worrying. I hope all is well.

Looks like I got away with this one.

I was also flashed on the M1 just before J13 on Dec 28th.

I think I'm going to limit myself to =<80mph on these new tangled managed sections when I see the cameras on the left of gantries and on poles, and generally probably.
