GL front air suspension help please

I was driving earlier and what sounded like a tire blow out, I have narrowed down to the front suspension leg

I have only had this car a short time and new to the Mercedes forum, can anyone advise me on what this is likely to be and is my diagnostics sound about right?

Also if this has happened to you what did it cost you to fix
