Importing a classic car from Dubai to Qatar - formalities

Does anyone know the exact formalities in importing a classic car (1970s,1980s Rolls Royce) from Dubai to Qatar.

Ive not bought anything yet and considering the options of importing as they are very thin on the ground to find here.
