Panasonic 46 LCD Issue

Got an odd issue, haven't got model number as i'm at work.
Right hand audio has disappeared through SPDIF. (Possibly HDMi too but have nothing to check with).
It has done this before a while ago but powering eveything off for a couple of hours cleared it. Powered everything off from night to the following night and it didn't reappear. Anolgue through TV speakers works as does analogue audio output. Source is a Humax FreeView HD.
So the digital sound must be working.
Ideas?
