100E shifter into a 105E gearbox??

I have a 100E gearbox in my kit car and want to upgrade to a 105E 'box, but the only one for sale on eBay has no selector.

My 100E shifter has been cut to fit into the car.

So the question is, will the selector from the 100E fit into a 105E box?

Memory from a long time ago but pretty sure the boxes are completely different.

100E was 3 speed, 105E was 4 speed, so completely different boxes so unlikely than the shift would be the same.
