Folks, I've collected my Cerb after its 12k service and swear blind that the steering wheel has been lowered as I now can't see the top dials on the dash. I can't for the life of me find how it's adjusted though. Anybody with any tips?

Lastly, where can I get the transluscent rear plate for the Cerb made up?
Cheers, Benn.

From memory there is a hook shaped release under the steering column that moves through a ninety degree angle. If I have things right it's below the hose for the steering wheel vent. I'll check out who made my plates when I get home and reply here.

There is a locking lever on the left hand side underneath the wheel. Turn it through 90 degrees and you can adjust both the height and reach of the wheel.

"Craigs plates" and one or two others will do a translucent rear plate. Google will help ;-)

I'm sure the steering wheel adjust moves positions in a bizarre show of witchcraft, because whenever I try to find it, it sure as hell isn't where it was the last time.

99% sure mine is a lever not a knob as well.

Yeah, there is definitely a lever under the steering wheel. I think it's slightly hidden but should be under there.

Sit in car and look under steering wheel slightly to the right in the column area and there should be a black lever. Pull towards you and adjust wheel then push back to lock. (Same place on my dads mk1 Cerb and my mk2)

For the plates check link... I also like the slightly smaller front plate as it really lets the rad get more cool air

For the plates try fancyplates.com and in "step 2" select the TVR Backlit option

You could also just go to a local sign making company and get them to make you one form transluscent lightbox material
