SOGA and plants.
Discussion
I've just been to a garden centre and paid £75 for a tree, however I've noticed that it's had its root cut off. I've called the garden centre and they are saying I shouldn't try to plant it, that I should keep it indoors and it's only supposed to last until just after Christmas.
This doesn't seem right and I cannot help but feel I'm being had over. Any legal experts able to advise on this please?

That's why they're called 'Christmas trees'.This doesn't seem right and I cannot help but feel I'm being had over. Any legal experts able to advise on this please?
HTH.
Every year since I remember, just before I go to bed on Christmas Eve, I end up getting a bit pissed and leaving a carrot and a half glass of whiskey on the table by the sofa.
Low and behold, every Christmas morning, the carrot is half eaten and the whiskey is gone.
I suspect it's a guy I've heard about who's been doing the same to other people on my street.
Is this harassment and can I take him to court to get my whiskey back?
