new iPad Air 2 - will not connect to App store?

Hi all

I've read a few things on Apple support forums but they don't seem too help:

Brand new Ipad Air 2, had it for 5 days, was working fine - now all of a sudden it just will not connect to App store.

Internet is fine, connects to iTune store in an instant, but will not connect to App store, doesn't even attempt to - screen just goes blank, no messages, no sign of any activity whatsoever.

Have tried a dozen times since yesterday, all the same. Have tried switching off wi-fi and reconnecting, have tried signing out and back in. Have tried connecting via links on other app providers websites. Nothing.

I'd try a hard reset (press the home button and the sleep button together and keep holding both the buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen). Make sure your iPad is charged before you do this because it will probably take about 10 mins to reboot.
