Quick help needed - ipad videos

Hi all. Quick help needed. I've got a laptop with only user access so I can't install itunes, but I've got a video taken on an ipad which I need onto the laptop.

I plug the ipad in via USB and can only view the photos on the ipad, not the video (all in the camera roll).

The video is too large to email or dropbox etc, is there a quick way to get the video onto the laptop?

Perhaps upload to OneDrive on Outlook?

Plenty of apps to move photos and videos from iPad to PC wirelessly.
