If he is he's the fastest binman in the west. I speculate about a santa-like binman who could do every 5th bin in the UK in a day, thus rendering most refuse technicians redundant. A further speculation lead me to consider the recent threads on autonomous vehicles; the possibilities of automatic bin motors plus Roomba-style wheely bins everywhere! No more christmas tips for ungrateful wretches who spill rubbish and never take the extra black bags!

No doubt some ghastly teenager would hack the control system and take over the world, or something.
