Juddering APs - Skim or bin?

I've got a part of seriously juddering front brakes. It feels like the front subframe will tear itself off the car if you brake moderately hard at motorway speeds.

I've driven a few miles in the car, trying to clear the disks up, as the car has been stood for a while.

So, should I skim them, bin them or what?

I guess it depends on how much meat is left on the discs.

I'm having this issue also, but more from the rears - the discs are too new to throw away, and too expensive just to replace. PF pads not available for the rears though.

If there's plenty of life left in them I'd get them skimmed...

What Vince said. Measure them. Should be 32mm new, 30.5 scrap, though id suggest 30.0 would be fine.Depending on condition you could lose up to 0.5 during skimming.
