Have a Pioneer something or other 6300 head unit with the usual socket that currently has a CD changer connected. Is there a doubler or adaptor available that allows the changer to be retained whilst adding a 3.5mm stereo input? I know there are adaptors that can replace the changer but I want to keep it smile

Anyone know?

If you have no other inputs Gary then you need to use the I.P input, if it's a cassette and CD controller you can use one of those crap dummy cassette thingies to allow you use a 3.5mm plug, not sure you can leech or double up the I.P input, so no I can't help.

This is the chap who fits Jack plugs to old Rangie stereos: http://www.gb4x4radios.com/uk.html

Might be worth emailing him for a quote to have the socket or a lead added to yours.

Sony and others do driverless bluetooth head units from like £60 that give hands free and phone music wouldn't bother with cables IMHO
