most were set up for Rallying so it all depends on the set up but it power to weight and 0=60mph for a 30 year old car is still very competitive.By modern days standards, they are nothing special, the world has moved on big time.

didn't it have the same V6 as the XJ220 ?.Properly geared for the track it would still be a piece of kit for TOP GEAR. But everything about it was designed for Rallying its almost as wide as long Group B cars were "killers".Still think it would be a good TG test 30year old Group B cars versus fat modern day pimp machines

About ten years ago, a local Salvage Company had a totaled XJ220. The power unit placed on a display stand in the main entrance. Very impressive power unit.
