Giving this a bit of time on the wrist the past couple of days

(Sorry, not sure why it has come out this way round!)

The wonders of online auctions and beer conspire to bring me my first Speedmaster! I don't know about a wrist check anytime soon, but I'll definitely be rolling up my sleeves!

Beer and the internet are the best combination! Worked with a guy who bought a VW Beetle that way and his wife was so annoyed she made him drive it to work until he sold it.

What model speedmaster is it? Looks interesting

Also back from a service and I'm enjoying having it back on my wrist.

Given to me by my wife 24 years ago on our first wedding anniversary. Still looks good IMHO.

One of the few watches I regret selling.
Still lovely, still classy.

Battered old TAG Heuer 2000 quartz which is purely a tool on a brand new Bonetto Cinturini rubber strap. It's a brilliantly comfortable strap - especially for £10 and free postage!

Arrived on Wednesday after waiting nearly 2 months. I'm very happy with it!

Once I get hold of a suitable screw driver it will be going on the official Steinhart rubber strap.

Liking these a lot. A little over £400 with the VAT at the current exchange rate:

The movement is a thing of beauty too. For the price paid it's unbeatable.

I bought this Citizen EcoDrive for a trip around the world, and keep coming back to it for casual wear instead of my Rolex or Seamaster.
