Adding to my list I might take the Mrs to Don Broco at the tramshed in Cardiff.

Also Black Peaks at The Globe in Cardiff. They are supporting Lonely The Brave but Black Peaks were brilliant at Hevy.

edit - Seeing Postmodern Jukebox in Camden in March for our anniversary.

Got a spare ticket for Scott Weiland (former Stone Temple Pilots frontman) tomorrow night in London (The Garage, Highbury), as the person I was going with can now longer make it.

So, if you fancy a free gig then let me know. smile

Foo Fighters tickets

A colleague can no longer go to the MK Bowl gig on Sunday.

2 tickets available, looking for face value (£150 the pair).

Let me know if you're interested.

Just booked tickets for Mrs Dead and I to go and see Paradise Lost at Koko in Camden on October 4th, can't wait! Particularly as the only time I've seen them before was at Donnington '96 in bright sunlight which isn't really their natural habitat!

We were looking into seeing him at rock city, but after watching a lot of youtube videos decided we'd rather remember him at his peak in the 90's with stone temple pilots.

He was far better than expected. In fact after a patchy start (first two songs) he hit his stride and was on good form.

Clearly not the full ticket though. His wife's book is worth a read though (Mary Forsberg£

Thanks to Podie for the ticket to this one!!

The sound was a bit patchy for the first 2-3 songs and didn't help the vocals. Highlight of the set for me was his cover of Bowie's Jean Genie which was superb.

The support band (The Last Internationale) are also worth looking out for - good live band, and I ended up ordering their most recent album.

Most welcome mate - good to catch up.

I bought TLI's album too. They were headlining on Friday. Bit annoyed to have missed that.
