The Full Power Launch is back, this is the 3rd year and we’re hoping to make it bigger than ever! Our ‘show season’ opener will have the same things that have made the previous years FPL’s great, free entry, free BBQ, a great mix of cars and of course, a convoy!

Topcats Racing are hosting the FPL this year at their bespoke workshop and facilities on Westcott Venture Park, just outside Aylesbury. Topcats are less than 12 miles from Junction 9 of the M40 and have some fantastic roads for what we are hoping will be a great convoy route!

As ever this event is open to all clubs, car groups and types, we want as many V8s there as possible, making this the largest gathering of V8 cars from all across the UK. For those travelling from further away, nearby Aylesbury has many hotel options and is just a short drive away.

Hope to see you there!

Hi All,

I'd like to attend - I've been reading on here/elsewhere what a great day out this is.

I don't have a V8 myself but I know first hand how special they are - my old man had a Cerb 4.5 AJP8 (de-cat).

Can't wait to hear a convoy of V8s new and old!

Hi chap! Feel free to pop along, no need to sign up as there is no limit on space. biggrin

Looking forward to seeing the Camaro! What year is it?

If anyone does decide to bring along a ton of people, if they could let us know that would be great so we can ensure we don't run out of food!

biggrin

My camaro is a 2010 SS in Inferno Orange Metallic and only 56 miles one way from my house... What time should we plan to arrive?

We'll be at TCs from 9am, the convoy is likely to kick off around midday (or slightly before to get everyone queued up!)

There is a resident Topcats Dog (ironic?) so I'm sure so long as they play nice it'll be fine!)

We'll double check and let you know 100% though thumbup

5 days to go now and we have around 130 attending so far, weather report looks good, if it holds out this could well be the biggest FPL to date!

Just found out about this, it's just down the road as we live near Bicester! We love V8s but unfortunately don't own one (we're waiting until we move to Oz to buy one). We were lucky enough to have a couple of kind gents from PH let us use their cars for our wedding in January which made the day!

Would we be out of place in our 1.0 Toyota Yaris ??? I could stick a v8 sicker on the back and pretend it's the ultimate sleeper! I guess what I'm asking is, is the event open to spectators without a V8?

Thanks

Lee
