I would however contend that for you to go faster, having seen a YouTube on board from Cadwell, pushing yourself any harder would be the wrong thing to do. You would most definitely not necessarily achieve anything from that, but some basic coaching, and, of course, time in the saddle , for which there can be no substitute.......chicken and egg, I guess ?

Can everyone confirm who's coming on this please. I've just spoken to Matt who runs SmallBoy amd the days at Oulton about a few things and he can get a garage sorted for us, it I want to know how many so that we don't hog one if there's only a few of us, or even if we need two!
