Sexlife as parents..frequency. what's 'normal'?

3 little ones AND 6 nights on the trot? Christ I'd need some coke or redbull to manage that. Little BS2 has a habit of waking up at 4am for no reason other than making me nackered.

Everyone's different I guess. We have two little 'uns, 7 and 3, but both are good sleepers, meaning 4 or 5 times a week, as a rule, is about right for us.

Once in the morning, again when you get home from work and another before you go to sleep.

Maybe start with what was the frequency before children, but after the initial excitement and your relationship has settled down.

Then decrease it by an amount as children make you tired, no time, different priorities etc etc.

How does this figure compare with the actual??

Do you people have jobs? There are only 2 weekend nights. When you factor in early mornings a possible 4am wake up a late finish and all the other hassle come bedtime in the week it's usually sleep only as were shattered.

Once or twice a week I'd say was good going ignore these horny bds they must have staff, drugs or both

Wait until you have teenagers mounting a 24 hour rota to thwart any parental ruttings.

Seriously, we have three and it is rare they are all out, or all asleep, they generally have zero consideration for privacy so you have to lock the door.

3 little darlings here, 2-3 times a month if lucky! Personally I could do it every night no problem. Its her that doesn't have the same drive. However, when it does happen, it can get naaaaaasty. So I can cope! I'm told its the quality not the quantity!

I think after childbirth, they tend to be +60 oversized on the bore front. Compression is certainly down in any event lol

Chap I work with had a bit of a barren spell when their first child was born - two years! Since then he got a little nookie but now she is pregnant again

Same here, although our little cherubs are teenagers....at least when the little bds were in cots you could bank on them not strolling into the bedroom

Cambridge University did a study of this once, way back in 1957, and the conclusion they reached was you multiply the number of kids you have, by their total ages, then divide by two if they are all girls, then finally multiply this figure by 3.142, this should give you, (within a day or so) the average time between engaging in naughty business.

Apparently, this figure referred to under forties only. If you are over forty, add an extra week for every ten years over this you are.
